Welcome to Volkkan. By placing an order on our website, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. About Us

Volkkan is located in Lanzarote, Canary Islands, Spain.

We sell original Volkkan designs. Production and shipping are handled through our partners.

2. Products

All products are printed on demand. There may be slight variations in color or print placement due to the production process.

3. Orders

Once the order is placed, it is automatically sent to production.

As these are made-to-order products, cancellations or changes are only possible within 2 hours of purchase.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices are shown in Euros.

Payments are processed securely through payment gateways authorized by Wix.

5. Shipping

All products are made to order and shipped through our partners.
Production time is 2–5 business days.
Estimated delivery times are:

EU: 5–10 business days
Non-EU Europe: 5–12 days
Worldwide: 7–20 days

Rates are calculated according to the region at checkout.

Import duties or taxes outside the EU are the responsibility of the buyer.

When your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a link to track the shipment.

If the package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address, or because it was not claimed, reshipment will incur an additional cost.
If you believe your package has been lost, please contact us as soon as possible.

6. Returns and Refunds

Volkkan only accepts returns for:

defective products

incorrect or damaged items

We do not accept returns for incorrect size, change of mind, or customer errors.

Claims must be submitted within 14 days of receiving the product.

7. Intellectual Property

All designs, images and trademarks belong to Volkkan and may not be used without permission.

8. Applicable Law

These terms are governed by the legislation of Spain and the European Union.

Shipping Policy

1. Production & Shipping Times

We work with external partners who produce each order on demand.
Estimated timelines:

Production: 2–7 business days

Shipping times:

Mainland Spain & Balearic Islands: 3–7 days
Canary Islands: 5–10 days
Europe: 5–10 days
International: 7–20 days

These timeframes may vary depending on order volume, season, or product availability.

2. Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and the items in your order.

3. Customs & Duties

Orders shipped to the Canary Islands, Ceuta, Melilla, or countries outside the EU may be subject to additional customs fees or import duties.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer.

4. Order Tracking

All orders include tracking information.
You will receive your tracking number by email once your package has been shipped.

5. Incorrect Address

If an order is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer, an additional shipping fee will be required to resend the package.

Return & Cancellation Policy

At Volkkanwear, we work with print-on-demand (POD) products. This means each item is produced specifically for each customer. Even so, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

1. Defective or Incorrect Products

We accept returns or offer replacements in the following cases:

The product arrives damaged or defective
There is a printing error
You receive the wrong item

In these cases, the replacement is free of charge.

2. Returns Due to Size or Change of Mind

Because our items are personalized and printed on demand, we do not offer returns or exchanges for size, fit, or personal preference, unless there has been an error by Volkkanwear or our printing partner.

We strongly recommend checking the size guide carefully before placing your order.

3. Return Address

We will provide the correct return address once the issue has been reviewed and approved.

4. Order Cancellations

Orders can only be cancelled before they enter production (typically within the first few hours after purchase).
If the product is already in production, cancellation is no longer possible.
